Features
The Rokon for Preppers – Survivor Edition has all the basic go anywhere features of all Rokons but with many key added features. This Bug out Vehicle (BOV) has Maxxis Big Horn two ply non directional tires, an LED Headlight for extra lighting and onboard bike maintenance kit to handle emergencies. It also comes standard with a power point to recharge electrical devices or power auxillary lighting. It comes in a “Black Out” matte black color to render it nearly invisible at night. Like all Rokons, key for Preppers and any true BOV, it is EMP proof. The bike is carbureted and is not controlled with any computer technology.
Lastly to truly set it aside as the best BOV, it comes with a survival kit (metal water and cooking containers, survival knife with magnesium fire starter, solar blanket, LED headlamp, compass, rope and water proof matches that are fitted into onboard saddlebags. These items were selected by Dave Canterbury, TV Host of Dual Survivor and Dirty Rotten Survival and the author of the New York Times best seller Bushcraft 101: A Field Guide to the Art of Wilderness Survival.
