We ship ROKONs common carrier fully assembled on pallet in a box to your door. Shipments take up to 6 business days for the most distant continental US points.
Bikes are carefully tested to ensure the highest out of the crate reliability possible. Our new ROKON warranty is for one year. This is four times longer than the standard in our industry. We ship parts and accessories through UPS and the US Postal Service. We can ship next day, second day, third day with UPS or regular service which is a week for the farthest points. We stock most parts and accessories for all ROKONs ever made. We are knowledgeable about all things ROKON.
